These are the draft documents for the program. The new document, 'introducing' the program to the drivers is what I need your feedback on. I am looking at creating a front and back document that will have driver info on one side and rider info on the other.

Let me know if you have suggestions, its a rough draft, but I would like to tailor it and get it out to the drivers in about 10 days.

*I still am not sure who the payee will be, making the payments each month complicates things a bit, if anyone has suggestions please let me know.
